Do you remember your first varsity start and how was it?
“My first day on varsity I was real excited and it was fun especially being able to play next to my older brother.”

Have you played DL your entire life and what made you want to play DL?
“I didn’t start playing defensive line until I was in middle school, but I just love the trenches; nothing like it.”

What is your best asset as a DL? More of a pass rusher or run stuffer? Use your strength, speed or technique the most? Favorite DL in NFL?
“I’m more of a run stopper. I believe my strength has helped me tremendously in stopping the run. My favorite DL is Geno Atkins.”

 Who is the most influential person in your life?
“My mother she’s been both my mother and my father. She’s my backbone.”

How many brothers and sisters, what ages and do they play sports?
“I have 2 brothers; Alex Caldwell-18 plays football at Avila University in Kansas City, MO; and
Kermit Solomon Jr-15-DB at Lee County HS; and 2 sisters Kayla Caldwell-21-FAMU & FSU coop student-no college sports; and Korrine-Marie Caldwell-3.”

Parents name and did they play sports in college?
“Sabrina Caldwell (mother) and no college sports experience.”

Do you do any work in the community?
“Every Friday before our games we’d read to the elementary and pre-k kids.”

What colleges have shown interest in you/offered you?
“Currently have 14 offers and many schools showing interest.”

What do you want to study in school?
“Sports Medicine or Sports Management.”

What has been your best football memory?
“Becoming Region Champions for only the 2nd time in our school history.”

Gain any accolades?
“First Team All-Region as freshman.”

Play any sports besides football?
“Badminton.”

 Outside of playing sports, what would you want to do for a living?
“Coach a high school team, or become a college coach.”

What is a fact about you many people that don’t know you, wouldn’t be able to guess?
“That I’m a momma’s boy!”
