Player Bio

Do you remember your first varsity start and how was it?
“It was against Rabun County at home and I had a pretty good game.”

Have you played OL your entire life and what made you want to play OL?
“I started out playing tight end and defensive end but once I got so big they moved me to right tackle.”

What is your best asset as an OL?
“My best asset is my toughness. Coach Dickerson, our offensive line coach, pushes the lineman the hardest at practice and it pays off in games.”

Who is the most influential person in your life?
“My buddy Chaz Evans, a wide receiver on the team, we talk about everything, push each other and keep each other up. He’s my brother.”

Do you do any work in the community?
“I’ve been helping my mom out at the church but now that I’m 17 I am starting to look for a job.”

What colleges have shown interest in you/offered you?
“Tennessee, Mississippi State, UGA, GT, TCU. I’d like to stay close to home and play at UGA but I’ll see where the process takes me.”

What has been your best football memory?
“Our Hart County game last year for the region championship. We were both undefeated and people hadn’t been giving us a chance since we had just moved up classifications, but we shut them up and won the game and region.”
