Do you remember your first varsity start and how was it?
“My first varsity start was in ninth grade for Henry County High School. I went in on a play as a blocker, but I was just excited to be on the field.”

Have you played running back your entire life and what made you want to play running back?
“Ironically, I didn’t start playing running back until sixth grade. Before then, in College Park, I was always too heavy to play so I played safety, linebacker and sometimes on the line. As soon as I got the ball in my hands I made it happen and nobody could stop me. They called me ‘the beast’.”

What is your best asset as a running back?
“My best asset as a running back is strength. I have the ability to run through defenders, get out in the open field and not get caught.”

Who is the most influential person in your life?
“I have several. I have to have God and family.”

How many brothers and sisters, what ages and do they play sports?
“I have one brother and two sisters. My brother played college football, but he tore his ACL.”

Parents name and did they play sports in college?
“My parents, Tammie and Lindsey Lamons, were both track stars in high school my father then went into the marines and my mother to junior and technical college.”

Do you do any work in the community?
“I teach neighborhood kids and my younger teammates life lessons.”

What colleges have shown interest in you/offered you?
“Purdue, Tennessee, Georgia Tech, Florida State, East Carolina, Kentucky and Penn State have showed interest in me.”

What do you want to study in school?
“In college I want to study Geography or Geology. I’m gifted in those areas.”

What has been your best football memory?
“My best football memory would be in ninth grade playing for the Riverdale Blackhawks and winning the Clayton County Championship.”

Gain any accolades? Did you attend any camps this offseason?
“All Region 4-AAAA running back in 2014. I attended a Georgia Tech camp in June.”

Play any sports besides football?
“I wrestle and run track.”

Outside of playing sports, what would you want to do for a living?
“Outside of sports I would want to own my own restaurant as head chief.”

What is a fact about you many people that don’t know you, wouldn’t be able to guess?
“I’m very intelligent and know a lot of things most people don’t know.”
