Do you remember your first varsity start and how was
“My first varsity start was against McEachern my sophomore year. The game was very intense because it was for the Region championship.”

Have you played running back your entire life and what made you want to play running back?
“No, I haven’t played running back my entire life. I started playing running back in seventh grade. Coach Rick Holland placed me at the running back position. It was a great feeling knowing that he saw potential in me to play the position.”

What is your best asset as a running back and who do you model your style after?
“My best asset as a running back is my power to break tackles! I model my style after Royce Freeman from Oregon.”

Who is the most influential person in your life?
“God is the most influential person in my life.”

How many brothers and sisters, what ages and do they play sports?
“I have one sister, Jaida, who is 18 years old and is a sprinter on the track team for Samford University in Alabama.”

Parents name and did they play sports in college?
“Cedric and Debra Cole. My parents did not play sports in college.”

Do you do any work in the community?
“I volunteer at the Horizon Field. The Horizon Field provides children with developmental/physical disabilities the opportunity to participate in athletic events.”

What colleges have shown interest in you/offered you?
“I have received interest letters from: Boston College, Wake Forest, Nebraska, Duke, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Purdue, Old Dominion, Georgia and Florida State. I have received an offer from Georgia Southern.”

What do you want to study in school?
“I want to study Broadcast Journalism.”

What has been your best football memory?
“The best football memory I have is when we won The Cam Newton 7-on-7 tournament when I was a freshman. We flew to Florida to play in the tournament. It was a great team bonding experience.”

Did you attend any camps this offseason?
“I attended the Clemson, Duke, Wake Forest, University of Florida and Auburn camps.”

Play any sports besides football?

Outside of playing sports, what would you want to do for a living?
“For a living I would like to be a sports broadcaster.”

What is a fact about you many people that don’t know you, wouldn’t be able to guess?
“A fact about me that many people don’t know and couldn’t guess is that I’m afraid of heights!”
