Player Bio

Do you remember your first varsity start and how was it?
“Yes I do. I was so nervous! It was against West Forsyth last year. I was supposed to start in the Corky Kell Classic, but I got hurt. I did well for my first game as a sophomore. I had about five solo tackles and one pass deflection.”

Have you played DB/S your entire life and what made you want to play DB/S?
“Last year was my first year ever playing DB. Throughout recreation ball they had me at linebacker, defensive end and running back.”

What is your best asset as a DB/S? How important is communication in the secondary and how do you make sure everyone is on the same page?
“My best asset would be my ability to understand the offense we are going against and seeing plays develop. Communication in the secondary is vital! You have to make sure everyone gets the same hand signal from the coach or the coverage is busted.”

Who is the most influential person in your life?
“The most influential person in my life would have to be my dad.”

How many brothers and sisters, what ages and do they play sports?
“I have four brothers and three sisters. My brothers are 34, 30, 28 and six. My sisters are 29, 28 and 15. They used to play sports but not anymore. My 15-year-old sister is running track this year though.”

Parents name and did they play sports in college?
“Sharon Hall and Keith Hall and no they did not.”

What colleges have shown interest in you/offered you?
“UGA, Georgia Tech, Duke, Vanderbilt, Appalachian State, Louisville, Mercer and Purdue are interested in me.”

What do you want to study in school?
“I want to become a plastic surgeon.”

What has been your best football memory?
“The times spent in the locker room and grinding hard with my team!”

Did you attend any camps this offseason?
“I didn’t go to any camps. I plan on going after my junior season.”

Play any sports besides football?
“I played basketball and ran track, but I’m just going to focus on football and getting bigger this year.”

Outside of playing sports, what would you want to do for a living?
“I want to be a successful plastic surgeon and provide for my wife and kid(s).”
