Do you remember your first varsity start and how was it?
“Yes, it was great. I was in ninth grade and had 85 yards and two touchdowns.”

Have you played wide receiver your entire life and what made you want to play wide receiver?
“No I played quarterback on JV and when I got moved up to varsity they put me at receiver.”

What is your best asset as a wide receiver and who do you model your style after? More comfortable outside or in the slot?
“I block and catch very well. I model my style after Calvin Johnson, and I am comfortable in both the slot and on the outside.”

Who is the most influential person in your life?
“My mother.”

How many brothers and sisters, what ages and do they play sports?
“I have five bothers and one sister. Only my three little brothers play football, basketball and run track like me.”

Do you do any work in the community? (i.e. help coach kids, volunteer, active in church)
“Yes, I like to talk to younger kids or kids my age about life and what lifestyle they do not want just because of the situations I have been through.”

What colleges have shown interest in you/offered you?

“Georgia, NC State and Troy are interested in me. There are some more I cannot remember right now.”

What do you want to study in school?
“Television broadcasting.”

What has been your best football memory?
“My first touchdown in little league football.”

Gain any accolades? (All-Region, State, etc.) Know any of your stats?
“I just got named to the All-Region team, and I believe I have 756 receiving yards and 9 or 10 touchdowns.”

Play any sports besides football?
“I play basketball, ultimate frisbee and I run track.”

Outside of playing sports, what would you want to do for a living?
“I would like to go to college and get my associates degree and become a businessman or a teacher.”

What is a fact about you many people that don’t know you, wouldn’t be able to guess?
“I been through so much in my life. Growing up without a father has really helped me become a strong young man.”
