Player Bio

Leondre Kincy is a defensive lineman that has the size and skill set to project extremely well at the next level. Standing at 6-foot-4 and weighing 225 pounds, the junior possesses an explosive first step, above-average agility and good hands along with a great understanding of the game.

The talent of the standout lineman played a big factor in leading Peach County to an undefeated regular season while limiting opposing offenses to just 7.3 points per game. However, Peach County head coach Chad Campbell feels that Kinsey still has room to improve and is yet to scratch the surface of his true potential considering his tools and size. The raw talent that the junior beholds has had SEC schools calling his name including UGA, Auburn and Mississippi State.

Kincy regularly volunteers his time at local elementary schools and various projects where he spends time reading to children and assists in supervising children as they pick various fruits at the Lane Southern Orchard.

Despite all of the volunteer work put into the community and time spent on the gridiron, Kincy still finds time to maintain high grades in the classroom. The junior regularly records A’s and B’s in his courses and is developing interest in computer science, particularly in video gaming and programming.

Being selected for the Elite Junior Classic was a tremendous deal for Kincy and his family. Once it was announced to him by Coach Campbell during a football practice, the junior recalled the excitement of telling his family.

He describes the opportunity of taking part in the event as a launching point for the next phase of his football career. The young lineman feels extra motivation to work harder and strive to become the best defensive end in the country.
